Which is the best operating system
In this article we will compare 3 operating systems which are Windows, Linux and MacOs. First starting with windows then linux finally after macos we will summarize which is the best os for you.
Windows has a decent user interface with some built in productivity tools and everything you need to have on your pc.
The problems with windows are that it has a very bad filesystem. I mean dividing your computer into to seperate disks C and D is a very bad idea. Another thing is that windows (especially windows 10) is not made for comuters with 4gb ram or so especially when you’re doing heavyweight stuff like programming, gaming, running multiple applications at a time and so on. Your pc will hang itself to death. Windows is not for programmers and people doing job stuff. It is just for casual gamers or people who want to have a pc just for fun.
My personal experience with windows 10 is very horrible and I will say that it is the worst operating system ever made
Linux is not one operating system actually it is an opensource software. Linus Torwalds first created a linux kernel and as it was open source people used it to create full fledged operating systems. Every os which is based on linux is free and is known as a distro (short for distribution) of linux. There are a variety of distros of linux for every need some of the most famous are Debian, Arch Linux, Ubuntu, Linux Mint and thousands of other operating systems.
These distros again being open sourced are created on top of each other such as Linux Mint is created on top of Ubuntu and Ubuntu on top of Debian. Some distros are actually do not have a gui (graphical user interface). They need Desktop environments which again interact with the os. The best part is that these desktop environments are very cool and you can have which ever you like and as much of them you like.
The best desktop environments are cinnamon, gnome, kde and even more. If you are a programmer linux comes built in with yarn, npm, node, python and much more and all this for free.
Linux Mint was the distro I chose and I don’t regret it. It is the fastest operating system in the world and even Windows servers use Linux as their operating system.
Frankly saying linux mint is the best operating system in the world, ever made and it is only and only going to get better.
Personally, I have never used a macbook so I can not tell much about macos but it is linux for most of the part with a solid user interface and made only for macbooks this operating system lies in the middle of a good operating system and a great operating system.
Based on my experiences linux is the best operating system followed by macos and then comes Windows. All the information eas based on my experiences and I was not commissioned by Linux.
